Paul Kozloski – Chairman and CEO
Paul is an accomplished chief operating and sales executive
with over 25 years experience in general management,
business development, administration and strategic planning,
with a primary focus in the medical/surgical, blood
and tissue fields within the healthcare industry. While
working for the American Red Cross Biomedical Services,
a $1.6 billion provider of life-sustaining blood, plasma
and tissue products, Mr. Kozloski held various management
positions.

Initially,
he served as the Administrative Director of the St. Paul National
Testing Laboratory. In this capacity, he developed new financial
procedures and processes, along with work flow analyses, and
he implemented operational efficiencies which contributed
to a significant decrease in the overall operating expenses.

Duke
Kasprisin, M.D. – Chief Medical/Scientific Officer
Duke is also a board certified physician, and nationally recognized
authority in all aspects of tissue transplantation leads our
team of professional consultants. He is an active member of
the American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB). During his
affiliation, he was appointed Chair of the Standards and Procedures
Committee, and he was elected to the positions of Secretary
of the Board of Governors and later to the office of President.
Dr. Kasprisin continues to serve on the executive committee
of the Board of Governors and is also a member of the Sentinel
Committee on Tissue Associated Infections. Currently, he is
the AATB representative to the UNOS/Medical Examiner workgroup,
and the AATB liaison to the College of American Pathologists
(CAP) and the American Association of Blood Banks (AABB).

Nessa Vercillo, CTBS – Senior VP Operations
& Implementation
Nessa has been involved in tissue banking for over 10 years,
with the American Red Cross Transplantation Services and most
recently as a regional vice president for a nationwide, not-for-profit
tissue bank, for which she was responsible for the eastern
region of the country. Nessa is certified by the American
Association of Tissue Banks as a Tissue Banking Specialist
and has been involved in donor development, education, quality
assurance including extensive medical chart reviews, CMS,
FDA, the Joint Commission and regulatory compliance with tissue
banks and healthcare facilities.

Jeff
Winstead, MS – Senior VP Business Development
Jeff has held management positions with increasing levels
of responsibility in the healthcare and tissue banking industries
for over 10 years. As the Business Development Director for
a nationwide, not-for- profit tissue bank, he expanded the
scope of this business model. In doing so, he assisted hospitals
nationally with supply chain management issues pertaining
to allograft tissue products, and consulted with hospitals
and their affiliated physicians on utilization and standardization
of allograft tissue products to realize substantial cost savings.

Sue
Kozloski, PMP, GCP – Senior VP Project Management
Susan is an accomplished project manager with over 16 years
experience in healthcare and IT project management. Sue earned
the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from
the Project Management Institute (PMI), during which time
she developed a working expertise in the Project Management
Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) which is recognized as an American
National Standard by ANSI and which has received ISO 9001
certification from the International Organization of Standardization
