Susan A. Kozloski, PMP, GCP
Senior Vice President Project Management

Susan is an accomplished project manager with over 16 years experience in healthcare and IT project management. Sue earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), during which time she developed a working expertise in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) which is recognized as an American National Standard by ANSI and which has received ISO 9001 certification from the International Organization of Standardization.

She has been actively involved with PMI’s Minnesota chapter and served on their Board of Directors from 1999 to 2002.

In addition to her other professional qualifications, Sue earned the prestigious Gartner Certified Professional (GCP) Information Technology certification which prepared her to manage the technical problems and internal dynamics that naturally arise during complex IT implementations. Using this certification, she mentored individuals on the skills and fundamentals of the implementation of IBM’s Rational Unified Process as a principal consultant for Norstan Consulting.

During her tenure at Methodist Hospital (Minneapolis, MN) in the Materials Management department, Sue worked closely with physicians in managing and executing continuous improvement projects designed to standardize medical/surgical products such as intraocular lenses and needle-less IV solutions.

Additionally, as a project manager for UnitedHealth Group, she was responsible for implementing an electronic medical records system for over 400 nurse practitioners nationwide.
